Welcome to ADAA – Anjali’s Dance Art Academy.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our dance, fitness, choreography, workshops, and other services.

1. Our Services
ADAA - Anjali's Dance Art Academy provides dance and fitness-related training and services, which may include:

Programs, class formats, instructors, schedules, locations, and fees may change from time to time.
2. Registration and Booking
Participants must provide accurate information when booking or registering for a class or program.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required registration process has been completed and, where applicable, the required payment has been received.
Class availability is subject to the number of available places.
The Academy reserves the right to decline a booking where there is a reasonable operational or safety-related reason to do so.
3. Trial Classes
Trial classes may be offered depending on availability and the applicable offer.
Trial classes may:
- Require advance booking
- Be subject to a fee
- Be limited to one trial per participant
- Be available only for selected programs
- Be subject to available class slots
A trial class does not guarantee admission into a regular program.
The Academy may modify or discontinue trial-class offers at any time.
4. Class Timings and Schedule
Class timings and locations will be communicated through the Academy's official communication channels.
The Academy may occasionally change:

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of significant changes in advance.
5. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
Participants arriving late may be required to complete an appropriate warm-up before joining the main activity.
Instructors may restrict participation where late arrival creates a reasonable safety concern.
Regular attendance is the responsibility of the participant.
6. Missed Classes
Fees paid for a course, package, or program do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or extension for classes they voluntarily miss.
Make-up classes may be provided at the Academy's discretion and are subject to:
- Availability
- Program rules
- Advance notice
- Applicable validity periods
Make-up classes cannot be assumed unless specifically confirmed by the Academy.
7. Fees and Payments
All fees must be paid according to the fee structure applicable to the selected program.
Fees may vary depending on:

- Choreography requirements

The Academy reserves the right to revise its fees for future bookings or programs.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

- Fees for commenced programs are non-refundable.
- Missed classes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where a refund is approved, applicable payment-processing or administrative charges may be deducted where permitted.
The applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will take precedence for that particular service.
9. Rescheduling and Academy Cancellation
The Academy may cancel, postpone, or reschedule a class or program due to circumstances including:
- Instructor unavailability
- Venue-related issues
- Technical problems
- Low enrollment
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond the Academy's reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, the Academy will provide advance notice.
Depending on the circumstances, the Academy may offer an alternative class, rescheduled session, credit, or other appropriate arrangement.
10. Physical Activity and Safety
Dance and fitness activities involve physical movement and physical exertion.
Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve risks including:
- Muscle soreness
- Strains
- Sprains
- Falls
- Loss of balance
- Fatigue
- Accidental injuries
- Other risks associated with physical activity
Participants are expected to participate according to their own abilities and follow the instructions provided by the instructor.
Participants should seek appropriate professional medical advice before participating in physical activity if they have concerns about their ability to exercise safely.
11. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any relevant physical limitation, injury, or circumstance that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Participants should:
- Follow instructor instructions
- Perform activities within their own abilities
- Use equipment correctly
- Follow safety instructions
- Stop an activity if they experience significant pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms
- Ask the instructor for clarification where necessary
The Academy or instructor may modify an activity where reasonably necessary for safety.
12. Fitness and Results Disclaimer
Participation in the Academy's programs does not guarantee specific results.
Results may differ from person to person depending on factors such as:
- Attendance
- Consistency
- Effort
- Existing fitness level
- Lifestyle
- Nutrition
- Rest and recovery
- Individual physical characteristics
The Academy does not guarantee specific weight-loss, body-shape, fitness, dance-performance, or physical-transformation results.
Any fitness or transformation examples presented on our website or promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.
13. Appropriate Clothing and Footwear
Participants should wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the particular class.
The Academy may provide specific clothing or footwear recommendations for certain programs.
Participants may be asked not to participate in an activity if their clothing, footwear, accessories, or equipment create a reasonable safety risk.
14. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Participants are advised not to bring valuable or unnecessary items to classes.
The Academy will take reasonable care of the premises but cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings brought to classes or events.
15. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate behaviour.
The following conduct is not permitted:
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Threatening behaviour
- Physical aggression
- Abusive or offensive language
- Deliberate damage to property
- Disruptive behaviour
- Intimidation
- Disrespectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, or other participants
- Any unlawful activity
The Academy may suspend or terminate a participant's access to classes where their behaviour creates a safety, operational, or learning concern.
16. Academy Property and Equipment
Participants must use Academy equipment, facilities, and property responsibly.
Any participant who intentionally or negligently damages Academy property may be required to compensate the Academy for reasonable repair or replacement costs, subject to applicable law.
17. Children and Young Participants
Where programs are offered for children or young participants, the Academy may establish additional age-specific rules relating to:
- Class participation
- Drop-off and pick-up
- Appropriate behaviour
- Class timings
- Parent/guardian involvement
- Safety procedures
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children follow applicable Academy rules.
18. Wedding and Sangeet Choreography
Wedding, Sangeet, private, and customized choreography services may be subject to separate arrangements.
These may include specific terms regarding:
- Number of sessions
- Duration of sessions
- Number of participants
- Choreography requirements

- Additional sessions

Participants should remove obstacles and hazards from their immediate surroundings before beginning an online class.

All original content created or provided by the Academy, including:

- Logos

- Graphics
- Course materials
- Training materials
- Videos
- Written materials
- Original choreography
- Promotional materials
belongs to or is licensed to the Academy unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
21. Choreography and Training Material
Choreography provided by the Academy for classes, performances, weddings, or events is intended for the agreed purpose.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants may not commercially reproduce, resell, teach, or distribute Academy-created choreography or training material to third parties.
22. Website Use
Visitors may use the website only for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with website operation
- Copy website content for commercial purposes
- Misuse website forms
